Empresas-1 is finally Over

Hi there all,
This semester has been highly influenced by my course of Empresas1, where the whole class becomes a company and has to decide on what product/service to provide and create a business plan to be presented in front of a Jury at the end of the semester. There is a competition among the different classes that are taking the same subject at this semester.

The good news are: My class won the contest after some deeply tiring moments and frustrating days, but very happy at the end.
The bad news are: I realized my skills to be patient and capacity to manage anger when things went wrong or when my classmates were pushing schedules to the limits.

The learnings:
Communication skills are key to transmit knowledge and skills (re-learnt). My desire for "affiliation" is less important than my desire for "results", with the consequence of playing on/off between friendship and pushing for results. Some people may tend to feel "I am a bad person" 'cause I am too pushy or when I can't understand why things are not done on time, because I hate to be the night before against the clock and trying to finish everything at the last moment... le petit detaille oublié: we are students not colleagues from work. (to be considered next time) ups! Final grade 18/20
