It has been a while...

"Here I am, this is me..." I am trying to remember the name of this song, but I can't. Yet it came to my mind while I was wondering how to start this entry...

Time has passed quickly, I have always wanted to log on and post something to keep everyone updated, and it just happens now. As my time in Ashoka is coming to its end in the following 2 months. The CBI Initiative Moviliza Award I am working at in Lima is also getting to its end, this 1st Sept we will be announcing the winners of this very first edition. Amazing organizations with very innovative ideas who have shown that professionalism and a entrepreneurship can also be applied to the social sector with incredible success have participated from different cities in Peru, mostly from Lima.

A new semester has also started at the university (www.upc.edu.pe) where I am pursuing my BA degree in International Business, at least 2 more semesters to go before I could be able to invite you all to my graduation. Damm' I am really looking forward to, hopefully very soon.

In terms of love, mmm trying to recover from failures, momentanous happy moments, ramdom encounters, and so on. As always time is my faithful ally. Instead, I have been trying to get closer to people I know at the university, investing time in making some friends over there, trying to be more open to meeting new people and becoming less picky.

This period of my life is the longest I have spent in Lima city so far. 2002-2005. Except for my trip to Prague (last January) I'm not travelling as much as I used to. However it is part of my spirit, "j'habite où je suis étranger", being abroad and experiencing new cultures, geee I really miss that sooo much. Let's put first things first, and university is a priority.
